Full Job Description
- Take charge of setting out activities on the construction site, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Implement and follow Quality Assurance (QA) procedures rigorously to uphold construction standards.
- Perform inspections and carry out setting out tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Manage the procurement process for materials, collaborating with the procurement department for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Supervise all engineering works on site, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
- Demonstrate expertise in RC frame construction, with a proven track record in relevant projects.
Proficient in the use of surveying and setting out equipment. - Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for engineering and project management., Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must demonstrate significant experience working in a construction environment.
- Competitive pay rate up to £28 per hour (CIS)
- Standard day shifts (Monday to Friday) and Saturday work available.
All applicants will have to provide two professional trade references prior starting the work on our site.
