Full Job Description

G4S Events are looking to recruit a specialist Build & Break Security Team to protect the site of the fabulous Farnborough Air Show. The event takes place between 22 - 26 July 2024, however this specialist team is required to work during June and July to ensure the smooth set up and break down of this event.

12 hour shifts, covering days and nights, either 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00, across seven days per week. Ideally, you will be available to work a minimum of 4 or 5 shifts per week, to ensure continuity and site familiarisation.

Free on site car parking available for staff. Non-drivers, please check your local transport connection to ensure you can get to the site at the Farnborough Exhibition Centre, as we are unable to provide any transport.

  • Valid SIA Licence, either Guarding, Door Supervisor OR Close Protection

  • Good approach to teamwork and conflict resolution

  • Professional and flexible attitude and presence

  • Client awareness and be customer focused

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, alert and observant - you are naturally security conscious

    £13.00 per hour
