SIA Door Supervisor

We are currently seeking a professional Door Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff.

Duties:

- Conducting regular security checks of the premises

- Monitoring and controlling access to the venue

- Responding promptly to any incidents or disturbances

- Providing excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies

- Working closely with the security team to ensure a coordinated approach

Proficient in loss prevention techniques

- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance procedures

- First aid certification is desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
