SIA Door Supervisor

· Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff;

· Monitor and control access to the premises;

· Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises and report as required

· SIA licensed (required);

· First aid certification (required);

· Own transport (required);

· Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred but is not required (full training will be provided).

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

· Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations;

· Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities;

· Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time;

· A can-do attitude to potential problem-solving;

· An ability to work as part of a diverse team.

This is a permanent position based in Newmarket, a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with overtime available during peak times such as racing and sales.
