Showroom Receptionist

The main responsibilities of a Showroom Receptionist are listed below:

· Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly and welcoming manner.

· Answer telephone calls and direct them to the correct individual or department.

· Take bookings for service customers and record details using our data management system.

· Build a rapport with customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

· Provide refreshments to customers when required.

· Assist with administrative duties including filing and photocopying.

· Maintain the showroom's appearance to a high standard.

· Maintain confidentiality and handle all data in line with GDPR.
