Shop & Admissions Assistant

Based at our Diggerland Yorkshire park, you will be part of the customer services team.

The role involves:

- Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival in a friendly manner

- Checking customers in with existing bookings

- Operating our till system

- Serving customers in the goodie store

Most importantly, your role is ensuring our customers have a great time!

Reporting to: Office Manager

Experience: Customer service experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.

You must however have a desire to learn, be willing to work with families and be customer focused.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old or over, and must have completed their GCSES.,

• GCSE or equivalent (required), Customer service: 1 year (required)
  
  Salary: Meet national minimum wage.
