Shed Cleaner

Our Facility Cleaners are an integral part of the depot maintenance team and provide a crucial service to our customers in ensuring the workplace and the accommodation is safe and clean to allow the Production Teams to operate. This position is rotating shift pattern which will include weekdays and weekends. Exeter is a small team where people work together to get the job done, so you will need to be a team player.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Ensuring the workshop, yard and accommodation is clean and safe.

-Rectifying minor customer facing and plant defects as required.

-Completing internal and external cleans of trains as required.

-Complete UFC cleans of trains to allow train maintenance to progress., The Cleaning Team are an integral part of the depot maintenance team and provide a crucial service to our customers - ensuring our trains are presented to the highest standards, the cleaning team put the polish on our product - our trains. The positions are shift only and work throughout the week including weekends. Exeter is a small team where people muck in together to get the job done, so you will need to be a team player.

As a minimum, you'll need to have:

-NVQ 2 in cleaning methods and processes, have suitable experience of cleaning or be willing to complete the required NVQ training.

-Desirable IOSH training.
