Full Job Description

As a Service Transition Manager you'll be responsible for the seamless transition of project and programme deliveries. You'll be part of the Service Transition team who are the custodians of the technology services across Virgin Media O2, supporting our products and services for consumer and business customers.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

  • Proven working experience in a service transition environment, with knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation

  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience of service transition methodology

  • Demonstrable experience partnering with stakeholders to negotiate and manage conflict

  • An understanding of complex organisational designs and structures

  • It would be beneficial if you had knowledge and experience of project methodologies i.e., Agile and Prince 2
