Full Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers and direct through to correct department if applicable;
- Warm Calling - Calling existing customers to book in boiler services
- Diary responsibilities: tracking and moving appointments, and calling customers to advise if running behind schedule;
- Ensuring all engineers have 8am appointments.
- Ensuring all Email enquiries are dealt with - these may be passed on from other members of staff;
- Logging jobs for parts, breakdowns and servicing etc;
- Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
· Organised; - Experience within the heating industry would be beneficial to the candidate but is not a necessity. The company will provide training as much as possible.
- Experience within Customer Service, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
· Communicative;
· Efficient;
· Positive and enthusiastic;
· A clear and polite telephone manner is crucial.
Experience required:
