Full Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and direct through to correct department if applicable;

  • Warm Calling - Calling existing customers to book in boiler services

  • Diary responsibilities: tracking and moving appointments, and calling customers to advise if running behind schedule;

  • Ensuring all engineers have 8am appointments.

  • Ensuring all Email enquiries are dealt with - these may be passed on from other members of staff;

  • Logging jobs for parts, breakdowns and servicing etc;

  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time

    · A clear and polite telephone manner is crucial.

    Experience required:
  • Experience within the heating industry would be beneficial to the candidate but is not a necessity. The company will provide training as much as possible.

  • Experience within Customer Service, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
