Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Estates and ICT department as a Service Coordinator. If you're passionate about maintaining efficient operations and ensuring seamless communication and coordination, we want to hear from you!, As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Estates and ICT department, overseeing various responsibilities ranging from handling enquiries and procurement to coordinating contractor bookings and tracking faults. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth functioning of the department, maintaining high standards of efficiency, and facilitating effective communication across tasks.,

  • Operate the Estates helpdesk, addressing enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.


  • Prioritise job requests and coordinate with the Estates team or external providers.


  • Manage procurement processes, including collating quotes, generating purchase orders, and processing invoices.


  • Maintain documentation, including the contractor database, contracts, and service records.


  • Oversee the minibus booking calendar and vehicle maintenance records.


  • Monitor stock levels and order goods and supplies as needed.


  • Assist with project administration.

    Excellent communication and organisational skills.


  • Strong attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.


  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work in a busy environment.


  • Previous experience with procurement processes and working within an educational institution is advantageous.

    This is a permanent role, comprising 30 hours per week. Scheduled working hours are flexible and can be tailored to suit individual preferences, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
