Full Job Description

This is a key role that will assist in the delivery of the contractual deliverables on site. You will be providing administrative support for the effective and compliant delivery of departmental duties for a team of three.

You will be responsible for the preparation of reports utilising MS Excel, Maximo and other IT systems to monitor business performance. You will also support management by booking facilities, taking minutes during meetings, recording attendance, and assisting contractors with site access.

Other Key responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining office filing system, of both hard copy and electronic files

  • Assist with complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

  • Support the IT department with on-going system developments including testing of new updates and bug fixes

  • Produce and analyse data, maintain accurate records and assist in the identification of ensuing trends

    Have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Administration, a related discipline or equivalent experience


  • Have experience and are familiar with MS Packages, including excel

    Experience of working within a team

    Have good communication skills

    It is desirable that you have;

    An accredited Office Health and Safety qualification

    An accredited training qualification in MS Office Packages

    Familiarisation with Maximo applications

    Experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility
