Full Job Description

  • Scheduling of breakdowns and service calls

  • Allocate daily jobs to four/five engineers

  • Raise customer quotations

  • Responsibility for ordering parts and liaising with engineers

  • Knowledge and compliance with current Health & Safety legislation

  • Oversee and be responsible for the service department

  • Answer all phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and courtesy

  • Liase with PPM Co-ordinator

    Excellent organisational skills with the abilty to prioritise workload and work from own initiative

  • Familar with clerical and office administrative duties

  • Confident with Microsoft outlook e-mail, Word and Excel

  • Polite, friendly professional e-mail correspondence and telephone manner

  • Attention to detail, service co-ordinator: 3 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 4 years (preferred)
