Full Job Description
- Collate job cards and ensure accurate accounting for all parts used and correct invoicing on a daily basis
- Liaise with Sales progressor on completions and required authorities
- Guarantee all warranty paperwork is correct and passed to the Warranty Administrator for invoicing
- Ensure any retail work is passed to the relevant Service Advisor for progressing
- Ensure work is ready and available to enable night shift to work efficiently
- Pre pick any parts that may be required, where possible
- Make sure keys/cars are available and in a suitable location ready for night shift
- Ensure all jobs are clockable on the Drive system
- Overall responsibility for sales/internal work progression
- Support the daytime operation whenever possible
A full driving licence is essential - Experience working within an automotive service department is essential
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow strict procedures
