Full Job Description

  • Collate job cards and ensure accurate accounting for all parts used and correct invoicing on a daily basis

  • Liaise with Sales progressor on completions and required authorities

  • Guarantee all warranty paperwork is correct and passed to the Warranty Administrator for invoicing

  • Ensure any retail work is passed to the relevant Service Advisor for progressing

  • Ensure work is ready and available to enable night shift to work efficiently

  • Pre pick any parts that may be required, where possible

  • Make sure keys/cars are available and in a suitable location ready for night shift

  • Ensure all jobs are clockable on the Drive system

  • Overall responsibility for sales/internal work progression

  • Support the daytime operation whenever possible

    A full driving licence is essential

  • Experience working within an automotive service department is essential

  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone

  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow strict procedures
