Full Job Description

Receptional is seeking a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, managing existing clients, generating new business, and ensuring continuous improvement within the team. Reporting to the SEO Manager, this position will require leadership of junior team members, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
Receptional is an award-winning digital marketing agency, working with some of the UK's best-known brands. Our SEO Executive will be responsible for contributing to the devising of SEO strategies and implementation of our SEO plans for our clients. The ability to research and produce high-quality content whilst maintaining SEO best practices is essential., SEO Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Devise SEO strategies for clients that align with their objectives and deliver demonstratable ROI

  • Ensure campaigns and projects meet client objectives and deliver on promises.

  • Integrate SEO campaigns with other service areas within the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear objectives and forecasts.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services.


  • Marketing & Sales Support
  • Managing contributions to new and existing client pitches/proposals

  • Providing strategic insight, while ensuring campaigns are delivering the best possible value

  • Assist SEO Manager in devising relevant products/services, along with pitch decks and appropriate costings

  • Actively showcasing our work - developing testimonials and case studies

  • Developing thought leadership - insights, reports, speaking opportunities


  • Key Account Relationships
  • Ensuring regular, accurate and insightful client reporting

  • Working with Client Services to ensure there is a clear client development plan in place for each key client and that the team has the skills to deliver these actions.

  • Strategic input into QSR's, and KAM sessions, as well as reviewing content team input ensuring opportunities are aligned with client objectives

  • Develop relevant products/services, pitch decks, and costings.

  • Showcase work through testimonials, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Create insights, reports, and speaking opportunities to establish thought leadership., Every half-decent agency has a beer fridge and free fruit. It's all a bit samey, a bit bleugh.     Strong experience in SEO (on-page, off-page and strategy)

  • Proficiency in project management

  • Ability to identify potential with clients' existing activity and our services

  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress

  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with: Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC proficient
