The opportunity

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the company in finding and recruiting new employees whilst supporting other members of the TA team. Within this you will identify, attract, screen, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates for a range of roles within our organisation. Also, you will be expected to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensue the best calibre of candidates are hired into the Company.

What exactly will you do?

  • Lead on niche and non-volume vacancies.

  • Frequent travel to our France office (approx. 2-3 days per month).

  • Work with senior leaders and directors to ensure the appropriate recruitment strategies are in place for their department.

  • Respond to applicants and support a positive candidate experience.

  • Manage pipelines in a timely manner.

  • Look to identify talent pools and appropriately match talent to the right roles.

  • Manage hiring managers expectations.

  • Work with hiring managers to develop an appropriate recruitment and selection process.

  • Head hunt candidates and build future talent pools.

  • Provide regular reports on vacancies.

  • Identify challenges and look to implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current international openings.

  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and CV databases)

  • Screen CV's and applications and update candidates on hiring processes.

  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews and face to face interviews.

  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.

  • Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.

  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.

  • Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedure.

  • Any other duties that are deemed appropriate from time to time.

    Fluent in French

  • Experience working in recruitment

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.

  • Solid understanding of either resourcing as a standalone skill or full-cycle recruiting

  • Ability to learn quickly and to work independently to achieve deadlines and targets.

  • A calm, methodical, level-headed approach


  • Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of the French Recruitment market

  • Experience of working in an internal Talent Acquisition function.

  • Background in volume recruitment, ideally hiring for sales vacancies.

  • Experience in headhunting candidates up to Senior/Exec level., Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
