Senior Strategic Procurement Manager

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for two experienced team leaders to manage their category focused Procurement Teams.
The post will provide advice and guidance on procurement related matters to all staff involved in procurement across the Trust, as well as managing and mentoring Procurement Team staff., The successful candidates will support and assist the Head of Procurement to develop the Trust's procurement strategy.
They will ensure implementation of the Trust's strategic procurement objectives, ensuring contract and statutory compliance, sustainable cost improvements, best value for money and to reduce the Trust's exposure to commercial risk.
The roles require motivational leaders, that has the ability to communicate and support individuals at all levels., + Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
