Senior Sales Negotiator

Act as the main point of contact for clients interested in buying/selling property.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
- Deliver an outstanding service.

- Assist in some property valuations (once you have completed our valuer training)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for all things property. This role involves facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service & meeting KPI's and deadlines. You will assist the sales manager in the daily running of the business, ensuring the office is well organised and efficient., Ideally, you will have a minimum of one year's experience working in the industry in the Chester market.
