Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator

£25,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains in Consett as we are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, with the Sales and Lettings team.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties.


• Generate and conduct property viewings.


• Negotiate offers between all parties.


• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)


• Display excellent customer service at all times.

In return we offer:

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 plus per annum


• 3-6 months guaranteed commission pay.
