Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our close-knit team in Bromley. This role is based in the Talk Together Bromley IAPT Service and aims to deliver an IAPT service to the Post Covid Community Pathway within Bromley and represents an opportunity for an experienced Graduate Mental Health Workers or PWP, who is committed to this model, to move to develop their career within low-intensity treatments.,

  • Hold a qualification (Post grad dip/cert) in Low intensity working or Primary Care Mental Health work,

  • Have the ability to offer evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work

  • Develop, support and train innovative practice to Trainee & Qualified PWP's and to Primary Care colleagues, such as health visitors and to colleagues in statutory and non-statutory organisations.


  • In addition, there is a significant case management and clinical supervision component to the post and this is an opportunity for a qualified and experienced PWP who is enthusiastic and excited by the development of low intensity services to share their interest and passion, and to develop these qualities and skills in others.

    The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and may be called upon to work in various settings (including primary care surgeries and 3rd sector settings).

    The post holder will work within the Post Covid Community Pathway within Bromley which forms part of the wider borough wide provision for people with Post Covid Syndrome.
