Full Job Description

Senior Programme Manager - responsible for the planning, development and implementation of programmes under the commissioning and construction towers. Accountable for the success of the programmes construction and commissioning activities. Key to success is to assign responsibilities to front-line role and service requirements in the programme of works and to balance tasks and priorities. Primary goal is to deliver the programme deliverables to time, cost and quality through strong governance and clear communication.,

  • Creating a project schedule

  • Developing and implementing steps to complete programmes

  • Creating and managing the project budget

  • Monitoring progress of a programme and identifying risk factors that can cause delays

  • Assigning tasks to project implementation teams

  • Compiling and writing progress reports and making presentations to management and other stakeholders

  • Ensuring programme operations comply with internal control policies and legal requirements

  • Identifying ways to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce delays

  • String communication, package and VIZ comms.

  • Must be a UK National as Security Clearance is required



  • Experience in similar role or background in Construction and Commissioning. Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and sub-contract management experience is essential.

  • Strong Governance skills

  • ability to problem solve and strategy development.

  • Professional in Construction or HNC, Degree or equivalent in Commissioning
