Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our global Production team, providing support and expertise to our owned studios, and the studios under our publishing labels. Our Production team is intentionally lean, meaning you will operate as an individual contributor, holding ownership of strategy and delivery, with full autonomy over the titles you are overseeing. This role will provide you with the opportunity to deeply support a variety of teams and titles within our portfolio., How you will work:

  • You will use your interpersonal skills to connect with developers in a meaningful way to understand their experiences and challenges, so you can support their specific needs.

  • Embedding yourself in the studios, supporting the daily running of the project.

  • Flexible in your approach; jumping from different studios and projects to support the highest priority, whilst always maintaining visibility across your projects

  • You'll be a problem solver, after understanding the issue in front of you, you'll deliver a creative solution in a considered and supportive manner, keeping the team calm and focused.

  • What's in it for you?
  • Gaining breadth and depth in your experience: As you will be supporting both IP and publishing titles, you will be exposed to a variety of different projects at varying stages, and with teams of different experience levels. Here you will have the chance to apply what you have learnt and build on your existing skills and experience.

  • Ownership and trust: You will have full autonomy over your work, with the chance to drive forward change and recommend best practice, creating an impact through the support you deliver.

  • Challenge: You'll have the chance to stretch yourself by tackling challenging projects and finding creative solutions across different cultures.

  • Exposure: You'll have exposure to the whole production lifecycle, owning the full process, rather than supporting on elements.

  • A supportive culture: In addition to support from an experienced team, you will have the wider Kepler network to lean on and excellent tools in place to support your work.

  • The process:

Screening call - we know when submitting your application you are providing an overview into you via a CV, and in turn you're applying based on a description, which is why all shortlisted candidates will have a 20 - 30 minute screening call with Kate Parker, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, offering you the chance to ask any questions you might have, learn more about Kepler and the role, whilst we in turn learn more about you.

First Interview - your first interview will be with the hiring manager, Gary Paulini, Head of Development, who heads up the Production team at Kepler. Here we'll be deep diving into your technical Production experience, and the approach you bring as a Producer. Gary will be able to answer any questions specific to the role, and the team he is building.

Second Interview - you will then meet with Jess Pearce, People Advisor, and Dhuv Arumuganesan, FP&A Director, who, if successful, you would work with closely. The focus of this interview will be to assess your alignment with our values and ways of working, whilst giving you more insight into what it would feel like to work at Kepler, our culture, and in turn, provide you with the chance to ask non-team members their experience at Kepler.

After the second stage interview, we will send out a short task, which we ask you to take no more than one hour to complete, which will be assessing your production and excel skills in action.

Final Interview - for the last interview, you'll meet with a member of the executive team at Kepler who will be able to share more with you about our direction as a company, our vision mission and goals, and answer any final questions you have.

Please be aware that there may be some slight changes to the interview teams and order of interviews depending on availability; we will give you full details with ample time ahead of each conversation.

    How can we support you?

We want to set you up for success and make our recruitment process as accessible as possible for you. In your application, feel free to let us know if you need anything to make your experience or environment more comfortable. We'll do our best to support you!

  • Full production lifecycle experience, having shipped multiple titles with at least one title from concept to post-launch support.

  • A blend of publishing and IP production experience; if you do not have experience of both, our preference is internal IP.

  • On the ground delivery; we know being hands on isn't everyone's preference, but for this role we are looking for someone who has worked and enjoys being involved in day to day.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies - whether Agile or Waterfall.

  • Experience working with project management tools: JIRA, Excel, Monday or Asana - the more the better as we work to the studios 'tools!
