Senior People Ops Specialist, Learning and Development (L&D)

• Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs.


• Develop instructional materials and courses, including e-learning, workshops, manuals, and simulations.


• Measure the effectiveness of training and make data-driven recommendations for future L&D strategies.


• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop training solutions that meet business needs.


• Stay current on L&D trends and technologies to make informed decisions about the adoption of new tools and practices.


• Improve and support the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.


• Work closely with Data, Finance, Talent and People Operations teams
  
  At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing training and development programs.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organisational and project management skills.


• Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
