Full Job Description

To support in providing thorough Admin training to all Patient Services Advisors undertaking new specialities. To support in developing or updating practice admin protocols/policies to ensure they are current in both the Administrator Protocol Folder and an electronic copy within Practice Policies. To ensure daily Admin Jobs are completed and delegated effectively with help of the PSA Lead. To undertake any necessary staff training in order to remain updated i.e Docmail, Lexacom, DRSS Referrals this list is not exhaustive. To ensure all PSAs are submitting returns as and when they are due. i.e Immunisations, Quarterly Return etc To demonstrate a confident approach to resolving issues within your SPSA role. To liaise with the PSA Lead to ensure Admin Jobs are completed within the allotted timeframe. Be prepared to undertake PSA Lead duties as requested by PM or GP Partners, including but not limited to: o Staff rotas o Absence Management o Initial complaint investigation and resolution
