Are you a Qualified Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! Busy Bees Bromsgrove could be the Nursery for you!, + As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND needs.
+ Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
+ Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements whilst guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
+ And most of all…have FUN!

To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as a Room Manager, Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Bromsgrove holds an Ofsted rating Outstanding and takes pride in the education they provide for our Children and families. As Senior Room Manager you will have the self- determination to create an outstanding learning environment in your room that provides lots of exciting development opportunities. We are conveniently situated next to Bromsgrove train station and are on a bus route, providing excellent transport links for local applicants. Bromsgrove also offers free on site parking outside of the nursery for those with access to their own vehicle.
