Full Job Description

  • Building, driving and managing the Skincare category - from concept through to launch including NPD pipeline building & execution, and ongoing category and product lifecycle management

  • Ideating and developing new product concepts, formulas and packaging that are globally compliant and commercially viable within agreed launch timeframes

  • Working closely with internal and external key stakeholders/partners (including Suppliers, Ops team, Studio, Regulatory partner) for alignment of concept direction, approvals and compliance

  • Managing critical paths ensuring all actions are achieved within deadlines to hit launch windows

  • Following and building on processes to support effective execution including tracking specifications and all project related information (product specifications, sample trackers, user trials)

  • Preparing and presenting robust business cases for tracking through Commercial stage gate process in line with commercial metrics

  • Preparing concept presentations and training sheets for Marketing team, Member Happiness and PR agency for successful showcasing and education on new concepts

  • Proven record of new product development and category management for Skincare (luxury/high tech preferred)- identifying, planning and delivering highly efficacious products

  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organised, effective prioritisation, and structured

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and recommendations coupled with sound planning and persistent execution

  • Collaborative approach - ability to build excellent relationships and work productively cross-functionally
