Senior Marketing Manager

Due to our rapid growth and continued expansion of our audience, we are looking for a Senior marketing Manager who is highly motivated and proactive. Reporting to The Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing activities across the team.

Job Details:

Strategic Planning and Development:

· Conduct market research to further identify target audiences and understand current marketing trends.

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals.

· Set marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Campaign Management:

· Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.).

· Manage marketing projects and product launches from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.

· Analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.

Communication and Collaboration:

· Work closely with other departments, such as design, sales, product development, and customer service etc to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.

· Communicate marketing goals and initiatives effectively to all stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

· Track and analyse marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

· Generate marketing reports and present findings to senior management.

· Stay up to date on the latest marketing analytics tools, technologies and trends.

· Minimum 5 x years of experience in marketing.

· Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns (case studies and ROI to be shared).

· Strong understanding of campaign analytics and reporting.

· Excellent project management skills (writing, editing, graphic design).

· A passion for social media and a deep understanding of current trends.

· Experience with social media management tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.,

• Bachelor's (preferred), Marketing: 5 years (required)
