Full Job Description

This role is a full time contract for one year, commencing in July 2024.

  • Lead end-to-end online and offline campaigns across all Service areas

  • Manage content creation for internal/external comms (website, email, social media, intranet, updating digital brochures) ensuing content is timely, relevant, and frequent

  • Manage email campaigns including basic automation

  • Manage advertising and email opportunities with trade press

  • Deal with event management and promotion of events - online events, webinars, and experience in person events

  • Support with brand development activity and the evolution of a new website that is being embed into the business

  • Maintain and provide regular reports on marketing activities

  • Use our CRM system to identify target audiences

  • Coordinate our Social media with a strong focus on LinkedIn

  • Manage third party providers and key stakeholders

Please note that we work a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 from home and if your base is Gatwick, there will be a requirements to travel to Bracknell once a week or vice versa if you are based in Bracknell. Reasonable expenses will be covered for this.


  • You will support with executing tactical marketing activity to support our Services Division, part of the Air Partner Group.

    The perfect candidate will need to have generalist marketing skills and experience working across multi-channel campaigns online and off-line (email, PR, content creation, social media, online event management). The role will be working with the sales teams and consultants in the business to deliver go to market campaigns that are in line with driving interest in relevant online courses and services that are aligned to the business strategy.,
  • At least 2+ years' experience in varied B2B marketing executive roles

  • Experience in a similar B2B industry within the training or education, safety or aviation sectors would be a huge advantage

  • Experience in a similar role that requires good stakeholder management skills

  • Experience using a CRM for email campaigns and audience targeting

  • Excellent copywriting experience

  • Experience managing social media content production and scheduling, especially on LinkedIn

  • Experience with event management and promotion of events

  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience working on complex or technical content that can be interpreted for marketing communications and a content strategy

  • A results focus and an understanding of ROI and tracking metrics

  • A confident and articulate individual able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisations

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and on budget

  • An understanding of how to deliver timely and effective PR communications

  • A flexible, adaptable person with a co-operative attitude, able to work as part of a team

  • A self-starter who can work autonomously

  • A hands on person
