Full Job Description

  • Collaborate Developmental Licensee Partners (DL) and Global People counterparts to develop and implement people strategies for DL markets in line with the overall business strategy and market-specific goals.

  • Ensure the markets are fully on broad with the Global People Strategy. Consult with market People Leads to develop people plans based on greater levels of insights and specific local needs.

  • Liaise between the enterprise and People Solutions for programming and policies that target specific people-centric outcomes (compliance, talent acquisition, etc.); maintain awareness of large shifts in GP programs and proactively leverage expertise to coach leaders through change.

  • Guide the organization through business changes; provide leadership and guidance to teams and serve as a point of escalation.

  • Leverage people analytics and industry data across the market to yield specific insights on ways to improve GP programming and people-related practices.

  • Support the activation of the cultural pillars and influence the markets to embed into their local culture.


  • Talent Management
  • Identify talent related gaps that are driving operational inefficiencies and define mitigation strategies in collaboration with Global Talent Attraction team.

  • Coach market HR teams to build a strong talent pipeline to drive business growth & succession plans.

  • Provide coaching and consultation on request to senior business leaders about all people-related opportunities and challenges.


  • Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
  • Support markets to strengthen their employer brand by leveraging from global employer reputation strategies and best practice sharing.

  • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition team to align on search strategies to meet business unit talent acquisition needs.

  • Develop robust onboarding plan for business unit team members, provide orientation for new hires; and complete proper exit procedures for leavers.


  • Rewards & Benefits Management
  • Support People Lead to manage the annual reward process for the Business Unit, and the global people award programs for the markets.

  • Oversee employee benefit plans which include medical insurance, life insurance, business travel insurance; Liaise with the assigned insurance broker with regard to renewal and claim issues.

  • Manage the Service Awards program; Review and coordinate gift selection with service award recipients and vendors.

  • Support Global Compliance office to roll-out compliance related training and certification in the office.

    We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can partner with and support our EMEA markets to drive their people strategy to support business growth. Strong experience in talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and change management are a must., The ideal applicant will have broad, multi-country experience,

  • Experience with executive coaching and/or HR consulting

  • Have a rich exposure in talent management, talent acquisition, rewards, and change management.

  • Proven ability to interact and influence senior leaders.

  • A self-starter and be able work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Deep understanding of industry and business trends aligned to drivers of value within market.

  • Deep understanding and significant experience translating business requirements and challenges to people strategies.
