Full Job Description

  • Day-to-day relationship management of CoRe Creative Services (CS) stakeholders, including geography leaders, key account teams, practitioners, and leaders within the businesses to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and awareness.

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for Stakeholder manager, practitioner engagement management and business development and expansion as well as performance analysis and reporting.

    You're a leader with strong relationship management and business development skills in the creative industry. You are a persuasive communicator who can lead people, establish strong business relationships, and collaborate for impactful outcomes.


  • You collaborate effectively in diverse teams and thrive in a highly productive and dynamic environment. You are proactive with a positive 'can do' approach to creative problem solving.

    Technical skills and experience:
  • Relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in a related field

  • Excellent client service, communication and management skills to build and maintain strong relationships, understand business needs, and deliver exceptional service

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with client teams and obtaining knowledge of client's requirements to inform creative solutions and delivery

  • Leadership experience effectively managing teams and driving results under pressure through collaboration, coaching, and positive role modelling

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and resource management, to effectively manage and deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Experience engaging with all levels of management with demonstrated ability to synthesize direction from many different stakeholders

  • Experience working with global teams in a professional services or large matrixed organization

  • Strong understanding of corporate brand values and guidelines

    As the CoRe Creative Services Engagement Lead, you will play an integral role in ensuring our services and team are visible and fully utilized across the Deloitte network. You will develop strong and long-standing relationships with our member firm stakeholders in EMEA and across the globe and collaborate with our team to ensure our services and team are delivering based on the needs of our practitioners and the strategic vision of our organization., Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception.
