Full Job Description
- Establish and lead a consulting assignment, including management of Internal and external resources assigned in the project.
- Continuously demonstrate the principles of professional domain competency and governance
- Act as first point escalation for the engagement and team you are managing.
- Senior stakeholder management and Communication
- Collaborate with multiple partners to establish governance and agree on resourcing/work allocation
- Contribute to onboarding of resources, performance monitoring and review and continuous improvement initiatives
Extensive experience in engaging variety of business/functional users in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and processes. - Ability to analyse the requirements and processes in identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Understanding of Financial ERP implementation lifecycle and exposure to one or more projects involving ERP implementation with any two of the leading products - SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Applications, NetSuite, Navision et al.
- Ability to translate and clarify business needs to align with business risk, commercial value and strategic direction
- Ability manage individual and work-stream schedules and leading teams(large and small) in delivery roles
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with the business users and leaders in the client organization
- Proven track record in working with global teams and proactive communication with stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with client and other teams successfully while still being able to push the hard issues and make tough choices
- Understanding of future of finance and digital business use cases, along with familiarity with a range of boundary product stacks like - Hyperion Suite, SAP SAC / BPC, UIPath, BluePrism, Blackline etc.
- Understanding and a functionally relevant point of view on basic and advanced analytics, process automation, application of Gen AI, Bots etc in context of Finance
