Full Job Description

As our Senior Lighting Coordinator, you will ensure that all job packs are built and ready to issue for works programmed dates, raise permits and request utility drawings. You will also be providing general administration support for the team, assisting with additional tasks as and when required., Ensuring that all job packs are built and ready

- Raising permits and requesting utility drawings

- Updating works programmes with permit numbers and raising refusals with the Contracts Manager

- Inputting and processing approved timesheets and holiday request forms

- Engaging with the Contracts Manager for approvals and back to work forms

- Gaining an understanding of MAP-16 (management system) platform

- Providing administrative support to the management team

- Arranging training as advised by the Contracts Manger and Contracts Supervisor

FM Conway is looking for someone with experience of working in the street lighting or highways sector in an administration capacity. You will be self-motivated and driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
