Full Job Description

  • Spot checks

  • Care Certificates

  • Care plans and reviews

  • Staff supervisions and appraisals

  • MAR audits

  • On call duties

  • Attending Care calls

  • Minute taking for investigation or disciplinary meeting

  • May include other duties directed

  • Care calls

    Drivers with access to your own car

  • Full and part time to be discussed

  • Have the right to work in the UK

  • Must be able to work alternative weekends or every Saturday or every Sunday

  • Suitable references and DBS

  • Be committed and compassionate about delivering a high standard of care

    Senior work £12.75 per hour


    • Pay for care calls as per national minimum wage:

    16 - 17 years old - Monday to Friday £6.40 per hour, after 7pm £6.96 per hour and weekends £7.21 per hour but after 7pm £7.46 per hour

    18 - 20 years old - Monday to Friday £8.60 per hour, after 7pm £9.16 per hour and weekends £9.41 per hour but after 7pm £9.66 per hour

    Over 21 - Monday to Friday £11.44 per hour, after 7pm £12.00 per hour and weekends £12.25 per hour but after 7pm £12.50 per hour
