Full Job Description

  • Build high performance websites and web applications

  • · Mentor team members enabling them to achieve their performance targets

  • · Support presales activity

  • Contribute to providing timing estimates on work

  • Manage sometimes complex client/stakeholder feedback

  • Ensure mark-up and code adhere to the company development standards

  • Create and implement A/B, Multi-page and MVT tests for an enterprise level client list

  • Learn conversion platforms that may include Webtrends Optimize, Monetate, Qubit, Optimizely, etc.

  • Discuss technical solutions with stakeholders and providing innovative new ideas to solutions

  • Work closely with designers and Conversion Optimisation team as well other Fresh Egg teams

  • Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies

  • Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies

  • · Identify, evaluate and share resources, tactics and techniques, freely sharing knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas across the agency

  • Work independently and be self-motivated to achieve project deliverables.

    Working across our key client accounts, you will manage website development integrated with Fresh Egg's other services. Utilising your expertise in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will bring static designs to life, delivering captivating and immersive user experiences for our clients' audiences. Your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge front-end technologies like React and Gatsby to build responsive and interactive interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our server-side code. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset will be crucial as you work closely with our server-side developers to ensure smooth integration of client-side and server-side functionalities., Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascipt

  • · Comfortable with hands-on development work as well as the creation and delivery of high-quality strategy to present to stakeholders

  • · Good understanding and proven experience in React

  • · Experience in deploying of new builds and feature updates to staging and live environments

  • · Experience using Gatsby would be a great to have but not essential

  • · Creative problem solving skills

  • · Confident running workshops or meetings with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, with the ability to translate findings into technical requirements

  • Good knowledge and experience across our digital channels and disciplines

  • At least five years of Website Development experience

  • Agency experience is preferred however, not essential

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, key stakeholders and internal teams

  • Good presentation skills and experience of facilitating - and leading where required - client meetings and workshops

  • Ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate effectively., Front-end development: 5 years (required)
