Full Job Description

o The post holder will support the Managers within the Directorate to deliver effective financialmanagement within the designated areas within the ICB.o Work with other teams across the Directorate to assist in the consistency of planning, ledger inputand reporting to ensure information is properly managedo Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information andanalysis.The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomesrequired of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required bytheir line manager. The job description and person specification may be reviewed on an ongoing basisin accordance with the changing needs of the ICB, o Undertake financial information analysis as agreed with job lead.o Contribute to effective information management within the team.o Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information/analystadvice and support and to maintain data collection systems for its effective use by the team.o Analyse and report on data and monitor the processing of data and information.o Work with senior members of the finance team to support the financial management of the budgetfor the ICBo Work with teams across the ICB to enable the delivery of financial breakeven position, includingthe development of recovery programmes where requiredo Ensure that financial systems, reporting and mechanisms are appropriately maintained to deliverrobust and accurate financial information and reporting.o Work with other teams across the Directorate to assist in the consistency of planning, ledger inputand reporting to ensure information is properly managedo Contribute to the delivery
of the agreed portfolio ensuring it is delivered in line with monthly andannual timetable and reporting requirements.o Undertake auditing of projects, services, initiatives.o Actively supports and contributes to the development of key performance indicators for thesuccessful assessment of performance.o Support implementation of project, service, initiative through timely and relevant informationanalysis and administrative support, in accordance with the agreed priorities of the Team.
