Full Job Description

As a Senior Finance Administrator, you will be working 37.5 hours as week within the Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will assist in the provision and administration of comprehensive and efficient financial services.

You will be responsible for regularly collecting and reviewing service user monies bank reconciliations, overseeing service user's bank balances to ensure accounts are within company policies, issuing statements to third parties recipients and answering all queries arising.

As a Senior Finance Administrator you will be:

  • Supporting services with ongoing reconciliations queries

  • Issue Patient Statements to 3rd party recipient monthly

  • Liaising with sites and accounts receivable to raise 47/49 recharge monthly

  • Reconciling the control accounts on the Patient Monies ledgers monthly

  • Petty Cash and Patient Monies

  • Supporting with DWP benefit claims

  • Support EH Sicon Purchase Order system

  • Support sites and site Finance Administrators

  • Provide training on various systems to support FA in their role

  • Ensuring compliance with EH finance policies

  • Any other adhoc admin duties

  • Has experience of working in a corporate Finance environment with previous experience of working in an Accounting environment.

  • Computer literate, including knowledge of Excel and digital accounting systems
