Senior Employment Lawyer - Lead Role

Our client, an award-winning multi-office commercial firm with a significant presence in the South West, is now looking for the next piece in its strategic jigsaw - a senior employment lawyer to take the lead role in one of its offices.

This is a brand new opening which hasn't before been advertised on the open market. You will have the opportunity to take over existing work for both employers and HNW employees and lead and implement the strategic growth of our client's practice offering from this office.

This role could suit an ambitious client-facing senior or managing associate seeking career progression headroom and more responsibility. Alternatively you may already be a partner at another firm looking for a refreshing cultural change and/or a new challenge.
