Full Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise for project speculation and estimation.

  • Design, develop, deliver and support high quality software that adheres to commonly adopted security and accessibility standards.

  • Write and maintain software for the back-end and front-end.

  • Develop and support databases, tables, views and indexes...etc.

  • Support software releases.

  • Work according to Agile principles and take part in various Agile ceremonies.

  • Advance your expertise and value to the business by completing a personalised training programme.

  • Advocate for best practises.

  • Work closely with testers, PMs and BAs.

  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and responding to escalated enquiries.

  • Provide enhanced application monitoring during high profile events.

  • Keep abreast of and advocate for the latest technologies and methodologies for .NET, Azure and Optimizely.

    C#

  • ASP.net

  • Web API

  • T-SQL

  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google etc)

  • Experience with at least one large modern JS framework

  • Some knowledge of CI/CD

The ideal candidate for us is a person strong in modern C# with some experience using JS frameworks (particularly React) and Azure.
