Full Job Description

The post holder will: Be responsible for a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of services/ contracts/projects and programme objectives. This will include support regarding transformational approaches to contracting, recognizing changes in legislation which supports transformation and delivery programmes. Support the delivery of strategic developments and projects including any associated project plans and act as a contact for a number of services/providers across health and care. Support collaborative arrangements and negotiations with providers, as part of the transformation, delivery and improvement function Be responsible for organising key meetings, engagement and workshop sessions leading on elements of contracting content where appropriate, booking venues, sending invites Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to all aspects of the commissioning/contracting cycle and support the team to ensure the timely capture of lessons learned throughout, identifying risks,
issues, and dependencies, considering best practice and current options, and making decisions in the best interest of the project. Support the development and implementation of new/existing services, including planning and needs assessment, development/review of service specifications, participating in the procurement process, issuing contractual documentation, supporting mobilisation and ongoing contract management including performance of services. Regular requirement to develop or create reports, documents, drawings; Maintaining one or more information systems Uses a range of IT applications to create reports; maintains project information system Collate as required, qualitative and quantitative analysis for business case development and service pathway review Assess and evaluate complex information received from services/ contracts/ project/ programme(s) from a range of reporting sources Lead for the Project Support function; working autonomously to achieve personal and departmental
aims and strategy goals. Develop a culture that promotes equality and values diversity.
