Full Job Description
- Develop and Lead your commercial team to deploy an industry leading commercial management process.
- Be part of and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team working alongside the Project Director, Project Lead, Senior Design Manager, SHWE Lead and HR & People Lead.
- Develop new ways of working to reduce carbon, increase biodiversity, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies, whilst working with the project commercial constraints and requirements.
- Grow your professional internal and external networks with the project, directorate, and the wider Anglian Water business.
- Manage all commercial aspects of a multi partner enterprises.
- Assist in the appointment of specialist contractors and the management of the specialist contractors' commercial team, contracts to cost, time, quality & safety requirements.
MRICS qualified highly desirable/degree educated in a relevant subject. - Preferably a chartered or working towards chartered status.
- Experience on major projects as the Commercial Lead
- Experience in NEC Forms of Contract
- Detailed working knowledge of contract/commercial law
