Senior Cargo Operations Manager

The Senior Cargo Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of the cargo facility at LHR. This includes managing LHR Cargo staff, implementing and improving policy procedures, and ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency.,

• Managing staff to ensure accurate processing and completion of duties.


• Oversee the Duty Managers, Warehouse and Office Supervisors to ensure a smooth operation.


• Assist the Sales team with customers relationships.


• Overall responsibility for employee performance.


• Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with H&S, DfT regulations and company policies.


• Oversee the Conduct performance evaluations.


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.


• Oversee office maintenance, including facilities management, equipment procurement, and vendor management.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.


• Any other reasonable request.
