Full Job Description

As a Senior Carer, you will work within our West Kent hub. You will support several clients and will have to have the flexibility to travel to assignments assignments. Our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will provide ongoing support and mentoring to you., If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and continue to develop your own skills., You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week, up to a maximum of 42 hours, depending on shift duration.   • A minimum of 12 months experience in care and previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs. Tracheostomy experience is preferred but not essential, as full training with be given.

  • Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.

  • Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.

  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
