Full Job Description

Responsible for and brings seasoned expertise in delivering EMEA Franchise-specific insights to the Global Merchandising team to inform product strategies for the Region. This includes financial goals, metrics, local product, cultural and guest insights, to service their regional market needs. They are the experts in the category and have significant impact and influence on the financial performance of their partners. The candidate will help the Senior Product Manager focused to grow a successful and expanding Franchise business to the next level. This individual will partner with management, stores, sales support, and Franchise partners to identify opportunities and help execute strategies to build strong assortments that will achieve/surpass financial objectives.

  • Manage the critical path from range presentation and selection through to buying, making adaptations to react to market changes and specific needs Responsible for creating and maintaining effective tools for retail range management.

  • Participating in organizing seasonal markets with the partners in the lululemon showrooms and present all collections to Franchise partners, as well as Sample management.

  • Define & develop the market calendar to ensure timely orders entry in systems for Franchisee

  • Develop selection and buy strategically for Franchise department delivering a commercial range that maximizes sales and profit opportunities and ensure Franchise & Distribution portfolio of lifestyle stores are merchandised in line with company strategy

  • Leverage cross-functional teams and initiatives to create opportunities for Franchise working closely with EU & Global merchandising to ensure needs of the regions are covered.

  • Drive trade - review business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve continued growth and profitability of the licensee business.

  • Manage the development of merchandising guidelines and product knowledge information to the stores presenting in seasonal kick off's.

  • Responsible for developing and executing merchandising and promotional strategies, always identifying areas of opportunity.

  • Review & challenge seasonal forecasts for distribution business, approve accounts ensuring in line with company strategy and brand vision, continuously challenging status quo.

  • Develop the distribution business working alongside management to define purchase agreements and develop future plans in line with global needs.

    8+ Years of Merchandise experience and Franchise/Wholesale industry experience preferred

  • Proven ability to work with a cross functional team

  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.

  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal) & extremely organized, thorough and able to prioritize

  • Detail orientated & analytical

  • Results oriented - strong sense of motivation

  • Self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful

  • Capable of effective multiple demand management from a variety of sources and adapts well to change.

    This role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed from the office at least 3 days per week.
