Full Job Description

We are looking to add additional expertise to our Projects and Transformation Team by recruiting a Senior Business Analyst. You will be responsible for understanding how Onebright operates across multiple revenue streams, and how this impacts on revenues. You will use information gained through investigation, from project discussions and by talking to service delivery teams, to suggest improvements to business processes and maximise efficiency and revenue.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Perform business analysis on high profile, highly complex and/or strategic business initiatives

  • Be able to gather and document business requirements

  • Document existing business processes

  • Help implement process changes in the organisation

  • Liaise with Business Stakeholders at all levels to ensure common understanding of business objectives and scope

  • Analyse business processes and systems, making recommendations for their improvement with the use of modelling

  • Work with business representatives and stakeholders to elicit their business requirements, using appropriate

  • Support but also challenge Business Stakeholders in the design and development of business processes and business process re-engineering.

  • Communicate proposed solutions back to business stakeholders to ensure these meet with the business requirement

  • Guide and mentor less experienced individuals involved in delivering the change across operations

  • Review of changes and assessment of cost and benefit

  • Line manage the Junior Business Analyst

    A minimum 4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience

  • Excellent research and analytical skills

  • Experience of delivering business change

  • Working knowledge of relevant business management principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
