Full Job Description

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand strategy to ensure consistent, compelling, and memorable brand experiences across all touchpoints. You will lead a team of creatives to develop and implement initiatives that drive brand awareness, affinity, and loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and strong leadership skills to elevate our brand presence and reputation in the market.
Main responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and refine the overall brand strategy in alignment with company goals and values. Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation to resonate with target audiences.

  • Brand Identity and Visual Expression: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity, TOV and photography guidelines ensuring consistent application across all brand assets, including logos, colours, typography, and imagery.

  • Content Strategy and Storytelling: Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives and content that engage and inspire our audience. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, consistent, on-brand content across various channels and formats.

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Partner with advertising, social and PR teams to develop integrated campaigns that amplify brand messaging and drive business objectives. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives and target audience insights

  • Brand Experience and Customer Journey: Champion a customer-centric approach to brand experience, ensuring that every interaction with our brand reflects our values and resonates with our audience. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and brand touchpoints.

  • Market Research and Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and decision-making. Initiate regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the brand and creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Set clear goals and expectations and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

  • Brand Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Monitor brand health metrics, track performance against goals, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
