Senior Bar Supervisor

You will already be in a supervisory role and be looking to take on more responsibility. You will support the General manager in the operational running of the site ensuring that hygiene standards are high and health & safety is maintained. You will support in the control of finance and stock control and be able to provide cover for the General Manager days off and holidays, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, be able to lead and motivate a team and work under pressure.

We are now recruiting for a Senior Bar Supervisor to join our management team at the Shield & Dagger, Bristol. A traditional community pub, the Shield & Dagger has a lovely outside seating area where dogs are welcome whilst inside offers a friendly atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.59-£12.43 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
