Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior HR Business Partner in managing and enhancing the needs of our client group focused on selling financial products across region. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent management, particularly in campus recruitment, performance management, and learning and development initiatives., Generalist role, including but not limited to;

  • Consulting employees on mobility across the region

  • Absence management, including family friendly and long-term sickness absence

  • HR transformation projects including building Workday capabilities & utilizing AI

  • Updating and creating policy documents across the region


  • Performance Management:
  • Support the regional talent cycle processes, including the year-end review and compensation process

  • Assist in regular performance reviews and consult managers on day to day employee relations issues to mitigate business risk

  • Provide analytical support for performance metrics and reporting


  • Campus Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate closely with campus recruitment teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process

  • Partner with Business leaders to understand resourcing requirements for lateral and campus hiring efforts

  • Support immigration management and process management for Intern, Analyst and Associate program


  • Learning and Development:
  • Utilize the existing library of talent development resources to support ongoing employee development

  • Identify needs for new training programs and develop initiatives that enhance skills, behaviors, and productivity within the client group

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars


  • Talent Management and Strategy:
  • Support HR initiatives such as succession planning, talent pooling, and employee engagement programs

  • Create action plans post company engagement survey

  • Conduct exit interviews, identify themes and make recommendations to the business


  • Process Improvement:
  • Facilitate process improvements in support of People Operations, seeking ways to create efficiencies in leveraging technology to relieve pressure on areas such as Leave of Absence management, Regulatory Referencing and other items that arise as part of the HR role to the client group

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is a nice to have but not a must

  • Proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, especially within the finance sector

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels

  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, Workday and Service Now

  • Some knowledge of employee relations processes across the EMEA region

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
