Full Job Description

You will assist with the management of the ALM Liquidity and Systems Team in monitoring, analysing and reporting the Society's Liquidity and Funding risks, and in the development and maintenance of effective and efficient ALM systems, processes and reports.

You will:

  • Ensure that the relevant Liquidity and Funding Regulatory Reports for the PRA are produced in a timely and accurate manner (LCR, PRA110, NSFR, ALMM, SMMA).

  • Ensure the development and continual improvement of regulatory reporting processes and reports.

  • Be responsible for accuracy, ongoing maintenance and development of associated model documentation, interpretations, and procedures.

  • Ensure the completion of Regulatory Report reviews and attestations as well as being responsible for the review, maintenance and development of controls and checks for Regulatory Reports.

  • Drive the development of ALM systems and the implementation of system enhancements. Primarily ALM software used is QRM.

  • Prepare, develop and distribute Liquidity Risk MI.

    Do you have experience in an ALM, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting or Financial Analysis role within Financial Services?, Experience in an ALM, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting or Financial Analysis role within Financial Services.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial markets, Funding & Liquidity Risks and / or regulatory requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including a high level of proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyse large sets of financial data.

  • Ability to communicate proposals and recommendations (which may be complex) in written and verbal form to a range of recipients including senior management.

  • Ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.
