Full Job Description

The Administrator/Scheduler is an integral member of the Medical Day Unit team, under the supervision of the MDU Admin Manager and Day Units Scheduling Manager for Cancer Services. The post holder will coordinate all administrative aspects of the Day Care Services including data collection, reception, and clerical duties.,

  • Appointments, Scheduling and Capacity Management

  • Clinic Management

  • Service Delivery

  • Reception Duties

  • General Administration, The successful apprentice will be enrolled on the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 with Cancer Care embedded with PMA Ltd. This will include Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

    Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade 4/C or above) Desired
