Senior Administration Officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Halton to assist with the appointment of a Senior Administration Officer, on a 6-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., To be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive administration service to the Public Health Team., Responsible for maintaining effective recording and monitoring system of various Public Health Projects
Provision of specific administration in line with the business requirements of the public health team.
Use of bespoke software applications to produce reports and statistical information as required by the public Health Team
To respond to routine enquiries regarding Public Health Services and take action as appropriate
To provide general administrative support as and where required across the division including word processing, organising and minuting meetings, data input etc.

This role requires an basic DBS
