Do you want to make a difference for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families? Do you want to feel proud of your achievements every day? Are you someone with a passion for ensuring children and young people with special educational needs and disability achieve their potential and aspirations into adulthood?

As SEND Senior Brokerage and QA Officer, you will be responsible for the arrangements for SEND Brokerage and Quality Assurance. Finding the best possible school place and education experience for some of our most vulnerable children and young people with SEND will be your top priority. You will help to manage the SEND Brokerage & QA Team growing their confidence and skills to make sure they are able to excel in their roles.

You will be working collaboratively with other colleagues, schools, colleges and providers. Using your skills in communication and engagement you will support, motivate and challenge to ensure they are delivering the best possible education and support for our children and young people.
